…well it would seem that way with my plentiful blogging, and most about Technology and Music (remembering the Big and small slogan at the top). So a quick round-up of some cool tech things from the day
- This is a movie rental search engine, which asks you questions and asseses your mood then tells you what movie it thinks you would enjoy, its quite nicely designed too check it out at whattorent.com
- Transformers dock for iPod, (Pictured Right)Optimus Prime - This is one for Craig Fyvie!!
- iTalk Pro (Pictured left), I played with one of these last night and I am sold sold sold, the quality this thing records at it very impressive, and it is the perfect way to record voice notes, and even maybe a little live music! Once I get on the straight and narrow (by that I mean the green in the bank account), this will be on the list!
- Restore the last Firefox tab you closed by accident with this handy short cut Ctrl-Shift-T. (Cmd-Shift-T for Mac users.) HT: Digg via Lifehacker, some readers have left some other good firefox related keyboard shortcuts on this lifehacker post
- Finally Another Lifehacker gem I found here: Levelling your MP3 library volume, If your like me and listen to you iPod quite a bit you mght be aware that some songs are louder than others even when you dont touch the volume controls, this is because the gain is set differently when the songs were put into an mp3. This was made very clear to me when I was happily bopping along to a tun pretty loud in my new car from my iPod, and it would seem that that song had been recorded quite low, the next song (on shuffle) came up and it was a kanye west song and promptly bloew the speakers in the car, doh! Now there is a way to level all your mp3’s with a walkthrough in this lifehacker post
