And other Must do ticked off the list. 6 of us trailed down to Glasgow on Saturday to see Dave Matthews and he didn’t dissapoint. There are plenty of videos of clips on Youtube, and there would have been a few photos from me, but after Id taken my camera into the gig I turned it on to be greeted by a "No Memory Card" sign, but that did mean I was left to enjoy the concert fully without worrying about preserving the memory.

It seems though that despite people constantly running from their seats togo near the front a take a picture, all the pictures are rubbish….Ive trawled through flickr and no-one seemed to get a good resolution shot without any shake. Let me get on my high photographing horse a second a let everyone know a few things about photos at gigs, a) If you use flash, it doesnt reach the stage, it ruins the picture as it reflects on all the water particiles in the air, and b) If you cant get a clear shot turn the exposure down and/or the ISO up.

Now that Ive finally come down from the horse, the gig was excellent and although I promised myself I wouldnt wish the Band were there too, I did fill in a lot of horn, drums and violin into the songs in my head. But this was made up by the fact that Dave Matthews brought along Tim reynolds, who is his long term side kick and is featured on most albums, but most notably the Dave Matthews/Tim Reynolds album, Live at Luther College Album.
