With many things such as general busy-ness, work, travel and church being ever demanding and if Im honest somewhat draining, I am very thankful that God answered my prayer, and against all odds (and I really mean it, email me if you want the details) my boss, last minuite gave me the time off to go to CLAN Gathering in St. Andrews which is essentially Scotland’s New Wine conference. Mark Stibbe and RT Kendall will be speaking, with Martyn Layzell, and others leading worship.
Rick and Cynthia Hayes are great friends of ours, and they do alot of the hard work for CLAN, and Rachel’s flatmate Lindsay works in the office, so as my expectation rises as I come to a week off work and resting in times of worship and great teaching, I expect their stress levels will be rising so be praying for them!
More good news to come on all this, but I think at the moment we’re holding back on announcing it at the moment.
