I’ve tried for a while to get a amazon wishlist plugin to work on wordpress but never managed to get it to work, so Ive just created a page (see tab above) with an Amazon Widget which shows my wishlist.
I am a great believer in wishlists, and particularly amazon one’s, its not just becuase it allows for the possibility for people to buy you things you actually want but its also a good way to remember the things you wanted to buy.
Last Christmas was a testimony of how good amazon wishlists are, Im still getting through the books I was bought from it, and you know you’re getting/giving exactly what you/they want!
But far from being a shameless plug for people to buy stuff for me, its a great way to find good books and things that Im interested in too, and if you think we might have the same tastes/interests you might find something in their for you, be warned though it is serious eclectic, from Le creuset cookware to iPods to NT Wright books!
Finally be warned that it seems Ive overloaded the widget a bit, and you may find your self looking at a blank page for about 30 seconds for some reason, but believe me, it should suddently pop up way after the status bar says its done loading.
