Even though our western post-cold war history still recalls the moon landing as a greatest space triumph, one russian fellow was the first to "boldly go where no one had gone before!" Yuru Gagurin, and now there is a worldwide organisation which upholds this history in a day of remembering the first human to ever travel to space and back!
