An idea to make life simpler for the New Year

December 12th, 2008 · 3 Comments

I’ve made a commitment to unsubscribe to every non-essential non-personal email I get.

I have realised recently what a lot of very non-specific email I get from companies and organisations and have decided to stop the flow before 2009 gets here.

There are obviously certain newsletters and such like that I want to still receive but this week I have been clicking those little unsubscribe buttons from companies that I bought T Shirts and computer parts from a year or two ago.

Join in and make you inbox management simpler before the new year.

I’ve started doing the same thing too lately. My inbox is full of e-mails I’ve never read and couldn’t care less about. So why even receive them in the first place?

The other thing to make life simpler is to ruthlessly delete apps off of your facebook account and to turn down all invitations for apps. These apps in effect have become the spam of facebook!

Agree with that Donovan, I cant stand facebook apps.
