Very Cool iPhone app Camera bag, does the post-processing work for you and cashes in on the poor 2MP camera. Another service good for these type of preset edit I’ve been using is picnik
Big Picture highlights the numerous and dangerous attempts made by Africans to immigrate to Europe.
Jim Martin highlights a few superb links in his ‘Places I’ve been’.
Guy Davies highlights an interesting new book Paul the Missionary: Realities, Strategies, and Methods by Eckhard J. Schnabel

Vox have brought out a Class A Valve practise amp similar to the Epiphone Valve Junior I picked up last year.
I’ve been using twitter, a status update service recently and enjoyed the experience. Tweetdeck seems to be an interesting take on making an interface for it, anyone used tweetdeck?
I’ve been trying out a new to-do management system called reqall which has
been serving me well. Im finding their web interface a little clumsily laid out but the ‘add by voice’ function on their iPhone app is a real time saver. Action Method seems like a pretty good system, but maybe more for a design team than an individual, check it out here.
If you’re anything like me, you are signed up to way too many social networks and websites which have status updates, hellotxt and ping.fm are a couple of sites which update them all in one fowl swoop, and they let you update by txt (sms), email, IM, and the web. Mason tech beat compares the two.
Im trying to get in to a beat version of prezi a great looking tool for creating zooming presentations, check them out here.
Whilst introducing my colleagues to there new iPhone I looked around for some
iPhone basics tutorials, we couldn’t really use the Apple video and all other literature was too much. In the end I found a catergory in the artoftheiphone.com blog which helped, but was surprised not to find anything else, does anyone know of such a resource?
I found this gift site called the spoon sisters and it has some great little gift ideas.
I decided to begin cataloguing my library whilst its small enough for that to be a manageable task using itrackmine.com but I hear good things about shelfari and librarything. Anyone else use an online service they’d like to recommend?
Shawn Blanc reviews a few things here, including the task management software Things, which looks particularly impressive, apart from the price-tag where a tight budget like me decides to make do with the free options out there.
